Tapping the potential of plant-based protein in the soy value chain: A national discussion summary
This summary coordinated Soybean Centers event is hosted by the Missouri Soybean Center and will follow convenings at Purdue University (Oct. 4-5) and Iowa State University (Oct. 27).
We are seeking partners and stakeholders in food science, human nutrition, economics, engineering and the food system to address using soybean in plant-based diets and develop public-private partnerships and research projects that will move the industry forward.
