Monthly Soybean Research Club presentations —
Look for upcoming presentations in the next academic year, or view recordings from past presentations. The Soybean Research Club is an opportunity for researchers at all levels to present their work on any topic related to soybean to members of the Missouri Soybean Center and community
at large. Presentations were presented monthly via Zoom.
Soy for Plant-based Protein Convenings
The Missouri Soybean Center committee co-hosted a multi-disciplinary meeting in St. Louis in November 2021; it was the culminating event following convenings at Iowa and Purdue. The convenings' goal was to identify research needs and opportunities for soybean for plant-based protein and to recruit diverse professionals to address the gaps. The USB-funded coordinated soybean centers project was led by Dr. Katy Martin Rainey of Purdue University.
